## Required role and plan

- **Role**: You (the signed-in person)
- **Plan**: All plans

## Open account settings

Select your email address at the bottom of the left menu and choose Account settings. You can also open Settings → Account.

## Add or remove a login method

You can sign in with an email link (valid for 15 minutes), GitHub, Google or a passkey. Organizations with single sign-on can also use SSO ([Single sign-on](https://webhookadmin.com/en/docs/guide/sso/)).

1. Under Login methods, select Connect for GitHub or Google.
2. Allow access on that service to finish.

Select Disconnect to remove a method. You cannot remove your only login method.

## Add a passkey

1. Under Passkeys, select Add a passkey.
2. Follow the prompts of your browser or device.

You can rename or delete passkeys later.

## Revoke a connected app

Apps such as AI agents connected over MCP appear under Connected apps. Select Revoke to stop an app from using your account. See [MCP](https://webhookadmin.com/en/docs/mcp/) for how to connect.

## Change your name, language and theme

- Name: change your name under Profile and select Save.
- Language and theme: choose Language (日本語 or English) and Theme (System, Light, Dark) in the menu under your email address.

## Delete your account

1. Select Delete account at the bottom of account settings.
2. Type your email address to confirm, then select Delete.

This deletes your sign-in methods, passkeys, connected apps and organization memberships. This cannot be undone. If you are the only Owner of an organization, make another member an Owner or delete the organization first.
