Terms of Service

1. Scope

These Terms apply to every aspect of your use of the Service. Documentation we publish on the Service forms part of these Terms.

2. Accounts

1. You provide true and accurate information when you register.
2. You are responsible for your API keys and the accounts you sign in with (email address, Google, GitHub, passkeys and so on), and must not disclose or lend them to others. Actions taken with your API keys are treated as your actions.
3. If you suspect an API key has leaked, revoke it in the dashboard without delay.

3. The Service

1. The Service delivers messages you send through the API to the endpoints you register, with signatures, and provides delivery logs, retries and failure alerts.
2. We may change the Service without notice. Changes to pricing or plans are announced on the Service in advance.

4. Fees and payment

1. Fees and the monthly message limit of each plan are as shown on the pricing table. Prices exclude tax.
2. Messages sent from test environments are not counted or billed.
3. Monthly fees are paid in advance by credit card through our payment processor (Stripe).
4. Fees paid are not refundable except where we are at fault. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect from the next billing period.

5. Free plan

The free plan is for trying the Service. We may change what the free plan includes (number of projects, monthly messages, log retention) or stop offering it.

6. Prohibited conduct

When using the Service, you must not:

1. break the law or public order, or risk doing so;
2. infringe the privacy, reputation, intellectual property or other rights of others;
3. send messages the receiving party does not want, or messages intended to attack another system;
4. gain unauthorized access to our systems or anyone else’s through the Service;
5. place excessive load on our servers or network, or reverse engineer the Service;
6. do anything else we reasonably consider inappropriate.

7. Content you send

1. Payloads you send through the API are used only to deliver them to endpoints and to show delivery logs. We do not use them to train machine learning models.
2. Payloads and delivery logs are deleted month by month once the month is past your plan’s retention period (Free 7 days, Starter 30 days, Pro and Business 90 days).
3. You are responsible for obtaining any consent needed to include personal information in payloads.

8. Suspension and changes

1. We may suspend all or part of the Service without notice for maintenance, incidents, natural disasters or other unavoidable reasons.
2. We may suspend your account if you breach these Terms or fail to pay fees.

9. Disclaimer

1. The Service is provided as is. We do not warrant that it fits your particular purpose, or that endpoints will receive and process webhooks.
2. Except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence, our liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the month the damage arose.
3. We are not responsible for disputes between you and third parties, including those who operate endpoints.

10. Cancellation

You can cancel a paid plan at any time in the dashboard. Cancellation takes effect from the next billing period, and fees up to that point apply. To delete your account, contact us.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may change these Terms when we consider it necessary. Changes take effect when posted on the Service. We also notify registered email addresses of material changes.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance over any dispute about the Service.
