- Price
- As shown on the pricing table, excluding tax. On paid plans, messages over the monthly limit are charged at JPY 300 / USD 2.00 per 100,000 messages, excluding tax.
- Other fees
- Consumption tax. Internet connection costs are yours.
- Payment method
- Credit card (processed by Stripe)
- Payment timing
- Monthly fees are paid in advance at sign-up and on each renewal date. Overage is billed in arrears at the end of each billing period
- Service start
- Available immediately after sign-up.
- Cancellation and refunds
- Cancel at any time in the dashboard. Cancellation takes effect from the next billing period; we do not refund partial months. Due to the nature of the Service, we do not accept returns or refunds after the Service has started.
- Requirements
- The dashboard runs in a current browser (Chrome / Edge / Safari / Firefox). The API is called over HTTPS.
