Checking failed API calls in API logs

Check API logs

  1. Select a project and environment, then open API logs in the menu.
  2. Narrow the list with Filter by result (All results, Failed only, Update notices only) and Filter by key.
  3. Select Details on a row to see the error and How to fix.
  4. Select Copy for AI to copy the error and the fix together.

What is recorded and for how long

Failed API calls and calls with an SDK update notice are kept for 30 days. Successful calls are not recorded. When you contact us, include the request ID shown in the details.
