Sending from a fixed source IP

Turn on the fixed source IP

  1. When adding an endpoint, turn on Send from a fixed source IP. For an existing endpoint, turn on Fixed source IP on its Settings tab.
  2. Ask the customer to allow access from 209.71.107.233 on the receiving side.

The endpoint list shows Fixed IP for these endpoints. Source IP in a message’s details shows the address actually used.

If you move to the Free plan

Endpoints that use the fixed source IP are paused and their messages are held. Move to Starter or above and select Resume to send them. You can also turn off the fixed source IP and resume, but the receiver may reject deliveries because of its IP allow list.
